Apart from that one time he had a sip of beer from his father’s hours-warm beer one hot summer afternoon when he was about eight and said it ‘tasted horrible and how could anybody drink that stuff?’, Mark’s tasted eventually evolved and he has long been about the love of local and craft beer.

Mark has been tracking and rating beers on Untappd since 2013.

He blogs about beer over at Spirits Untapped (which is also the name of a forthcoming book that merges his writing about ghosts and the love of spirited beer locations). Spirits Untapped also has a Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter presence.
