MLA Productions is the name of the creative collaborations of Mark and his partner Liz.

The acronym is derived from the combination of their names Mark Lefebvre and Liz Anderson.

In some contexts, MLA might be considered a “Mark & Liz Adventure.”

Two of the many things the couple have in common are their penchant for procrastination, and long time fascination with making videos. Mark started making videos on VHS back in high school, and Liz has produced dozens of custom video productions under the brand A LAst Minute Production. (You only get two guesses for where the LA in that name comes from).

During the recent global pandemic, the two decided to channel their creative energy into music and video productions.

Examples of two recent projects include Stuck in This House Here With You (a parody of the Stealers Wheel song “Stuck in the Middle with You”) and a medley of parodies of songs that include “Mad World,” “Islands in the Stream,” “Walkin’ After Midnight,” and “There’s A Kind of Hush” that is, itself, a parody of the old K-Tel commercials.
